Information processed by the tools
Many HighSEOTools utilities run in the browser. For those tools, routine pasted text, JSON, binary strings, metadata fields, and similar inputs are processed inside the visitor's session and are not intentionally stored by HighSEOTools.
Some website audit tools need a public URL or domain to work. Those requests are sent to a HighSEOTools server endpoint so the application can fetch public headers, HTML, redirects, DNS clues, sitemap signals, or availability details.
The GEO Checker is a server-backed exception that can accept pasted page text. Its deterministic checks run on the endpoint, and when optional AI feedback is available, up to the first 6,000 characters are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for analysis. Visitors should not submit private URLs, passwords, API keys, confidential documents, or sensitive text to any server-backed tool.
Analytics and site operations
Google Analytics loads only after a visitor accepts the analytics choice. If accepted, it may process page views, tool-use events, browser and device details, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, and event timing. Declining or leaving the choice unanswered means the Google Analytics script is not loaded.
Cloudflare hosts the website and server endpoints and may process request data and operational logs needed to deliver pages, protect the service from abuse, and diagnose errors. Those logs can include IP address, user agent, requested URL, response status, and timing information.
Third-party services used by specific tools
- Google PageSpeed Insights receives the public URL submitted to the Page Speed Test and returns Lighthouse and Chrome User Experience Report data when available.
- Google Autocomplete receives the seed phrases generated from a keyword submitted to the Keyword Research Tool.
- Open PageRank receives domain names submitted to the Domain Strength Checker and authority panel in the Backlink Audit Tool.
- RDAP.org receives a domain name submitted to the Domain Age Checker and routes the lookup to the appropriate public registration-data service.
- Cloudflare Workers AI may receive a truncated copy of GEO Checker content when the optional AI-feedback binding is enabled; the deterministic score does not depend on that AI step.
Advertising and AdSense
HighSEOTools is prepared for Google AdSense review and does not display ads yet. When advertising is enabled after approval, third-party vendors — including Google — may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads; non-personalized ads still use cookies for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud and abuse prevention.
Visitors can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com, read more in Google's advertising policies at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and opt out of additional third-party vendor cookies at https://www.aboutads.info/choices and https://optout.networkadvertising.org. Where a consent prompt is shown in your region, the choice you make there is respected before any advertising cookies are set.
The website does not place fake download buttons, misleading ad labels, or ads inside empty result areas. Ad placements should never make a visitor think an advertisement is part of a tool output.
Contact messages
When a visitor emails contact@highseotools.com, the message may include an email address, page URL, tested input, screenshots, and issue details. This information is used to respond to the request, reproduce bugs, correct content, and improve the service.
Do not send sensitive personal data, passwords, private documents, or third-party confidential information through support requests.
Retention and choices
- Browser-tool inputs are not uploaded to HighSEOTools when the calculation runs locally.
- The application does not intentionally save server-backed tool inputs to a database. Cloudflare operational logs, consented analytics records, provider processing, and support emails are separate and may be retained under the relevant provider's settings or policies.
- Visitors can limit cookies through browser settings, use private browsing, or avoid submitting public URL checks if they do not want a request processed by a server endpoint.
- Correction and deletion requests can be sent to contact@highseotools.com with enough detail to identify the relevant message or issue.
